Getting an infertility diagnosis and undergoing infertility treatment is a complex process – and the associated fertility treatment costs can be very high, even if you are lucky enough to have good medical insurance coverage.

If you need help meeting fertility treatment costs, there are several financing options that may be available to you:

Hi Sue, Houston Fertility Institute is a great fertility clinic! They offer a Financial Assurance Plan which is a shared risk program which provides free subsequent IVF cycles if you do not become pregnant during the first cycle. (free of all HFI physician fees). They also offer financing through CAPEXMD. Another fantastic local clinic, Houston IVF, offers an IVF refund program through Premier IVF. Basically, if you do not conceive within 3 fresh and 3 frozen cycles, you will receive 100% of your money back. HIVF also offers additional loan opportunities through Springstone Patient Financing. You should ask to speak with a financial counselor at the fertility clinic. They will help you to understand your insurance benefits (if any) and which financing options you qualify for. Good luck!
