Attain IVF Refund Program

Attain IVF offers refund programs for patients undergoing IVF cycles using either their own eggs or donor eggs. This refund program is offered through the IntegraMed network, which includes 35 fertility clinics and over 100 locations across the country.

Refund Guarantee

With the Attain IVF Refund Program, you can try up to six cycles, including three IVF cycles and three frozen embryo cycles. If the treatment is unsuccessful, you will receive up to 70% of a refund of the IVF cost if you used your own eggs, and up to 100% of a refund if you used donor eggs.

Cost

The Attain IVF Refund program saves you about 40% on IVF costs. For example, the average pay-as-you-go fee would be $40,500 for three IVF and three frozen embryo transfer cycles. With the program, the average IVF cost is $24,000.

The Attain IVF program includes office visits, blood tests, ultrasounds, egg retrieval, fertilization, assisted hatching, and embryo transfer.

Patient Criteria

Generally, the following characteristics must be met to gain acceptance into the Attain IVF Refund Program. In most cases, you must be able to complete the program before you turn 38, if you are using your own eggs. You must be a non-smoker who has been nicotine-free for at least three months and have a body mass index (BMI) of below 37. Your previous IVF or IUI cycles will be reviewed, as will prior pregnancy history. If you have had two or more miscarriages, you will be required to undergo a workup. If a probable cause is found, and if a treatment plan is available, you still may be able to enroll. Additional criteria includes a normal uterine cavity, FSH level of less than 10, E2 less than 75, and a normal semen analysis or include ICSI as part of the plan.
