The Fertile World: A Nurse's Perspective

Robyn Nazar, RN, BSN, is a registered nurse from Seattle specializing in female reproductive health, fertility, obstetrics and neonatal care.

Robyn graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in psychology before continuing on to receive her nursing degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver. Her nursing career has been focused on woman’s health, including gynecology, obstetrics, labor and delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care.

After an unexpected twist in life events Robyn and her husband left the United States to spend several years in Buenos Aires, Argentina — where she is now living today. She has since turned to online writing and blogging as a way to continue to reach out women about important issues in reproductive health.

In addition to her fertility blogging, Robyn is also a staff writer for EmaxHealth, an online health news source, and the nurse manager for a nationwide patient web portal owed by Elite Health Medical Group. Robyn has also founded a childbirth education program called Buenos Aires Babies for other English-speaking women who are living abroad.
