Kofinas Fertility Institute at New York Methodist Hospital

Founded in 1987 by George D. Kofinas, M.D., FACOG, the Kofinas Fertility Institute is a private, independent fertility clinic. At the time it was established, Kofinas Fertility Institute was located in Brooklyn Hospital Center. It was the only center of its kind in Brooklyn, and one of only three in the New York metropolitan area.

In 2000, the Kofinas Fertility Institute relocated to a state-of-the-art facility at the New York Methodist Hospital. Here, patients have the convenience of finding everything they need—including egg retrievals, embryology labs, and operating suites—in one location.
