The Kofinas Fertility Institute is a fertility clinic in New York that provides basic fertility treatments and advanced assisted reproduction options to patients struggling with infertility. The Kofinas Fertility Institute maintains two office locations in New York City, including one in Brooklyn and one in Staten Island.
Founded in 1987 by George D. Kofinas, M.D., FACOG, the Kofinas Fertility Institute is a private, independent fertility clinic. At the time it was established, Kofinas Fertility Institute was located in Brooklyn Hospital Center. It was the only center of its kind in Brooklyn, and one of only three in the New York metropolitan area.

In 2000, the Kofinas Fertility Institute relocated to a state-of-the-art facility at the New York Methodist Hospital. Here, patients have the convenience of finding everything they need—including egg retrievals, embryology labs, and operating suites—in one location.
