Statement:

Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT) is a fertility clinic in Danbury, Connecticut. The Connecticut fertility clinic has additional locations in Stamford, Norwalk, Trumbull, and Fiskill, NY. Fertility doctors Joshua Hurwitz, M.D., Cynthia Murdock, M.D., and Mark Leondires, M.D. practice at the Danbury location.

RMACT was chosen as one of only 11 fertility clinics nationwide to participate in the In Vitro Sciences Centers of Excellence Program. Selection into this group is based on key measures of success that evaluate a fertility clinic's experience level or volume, its overall live birth rate and its low triplets-or-higher birth rate.

RMACT offers both basic and advanced fertility treatments, including intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), and frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles using donor egg or donor sperm.

The RMACT fertility clinic offers assisted reproduction procedures as well as fertility surgeries to correct structural problems that may impede conception or make trying to conceive difficult. RMACT performs hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, myomectomy, and tubal reversals. The fertility clinic also works with egg donors and surrogates, as well as offers oocyte freezing, known as egg freezing, for fertility preservation.

Infertility patients at RMACT receive specialized care throughout their fertility treatment process. The compassionate team at RMACT includes board-certified fertility doctors, nurses, patient coordinators, and financial counselors. The fertility clinic also offers a full spectrum of Fertility and Wellness Care, which includes fertility support groups, Fertile Yoga, fertility acupuncture, laser acupuncture, and nutrition counseling.

The RMACT fertility clinic has kept on the forefront of cutting-edge research for fertility treatments and assisted reproduction procedures. It is one of only a select group of fertility clinics in the United States that offers a new genetic screening technology called Comprehensive Chromosome Screening (CSS). A recent clinical trial held with an RMACT affiliate studied a new technology called 24-Chromosome Aneuploidy Screening, a form of preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) that can more accurately detect healthy embryos for implantation with IVF.

Patients at the RMACT may be eligible for special financing for advanced assisted reproduction procedures, including IUI, IVF, and FET. Eligible patients may also enroll in the IVF Financial Share Program.
