David L Keenan M.D.
Dr. David L. Keenan is a fertility doctor at the Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine, a fertility clinic in Georgia that offers first-line fertility treatment like ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination (IUI) and more advanced fertility treatment options, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg donor IVF, egg freezing, and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD). Dr. Keenan’s special areas of interest in the field of infertility include the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis, reconstructive surgery, abnormalities of the uterus, , IVF, ovulatory disorders, and genetic studies related to IVF.
Board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, as well as in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Keenan joined ACRM in the summer of 2008. Prior to coming to ACRM, he spent 12 years with Reproductive Biology Associates, and began his career as an assistant professor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Emory University School of Medicine.
Dr. Keenan’s interest in the field of infertility began during college, where his courses included study on the pituitary gland’s control of the reproductive system. His interest in infertility grew during medical school, during which he had the opportunity to research infertility and IVF.

Dr. Keenan earned his undergraduate degree in history from Emory University and his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine . He completed his residency in Emory University affiliated hospitals in 1989 and his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1991.
