Dr. Eric Flisser is medical director of Reproductive Medicine Associated of New York, Long Island. He is board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and in Obstetrics & Gynecology. He is an Associate Member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He is also a member of the Nassau County Obstetrics and Gynecology Society, New York-Metropolitan Embryologist Society, and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. His professional interests include reproductive surgery, in vitro fertilization (IVF), and oocyte donation.
Dr. Flisser is a peer reviewer for the International Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics and has an extensive bibliography of publications and presentations, including critical evaluations of IVF treatment techniques and the use of ultrasonography in IVF. Dr. Flisser has lectured extensively, including topics such as twinning in IVF and the advantages of extended embryo culture.
Dr. Flisser graduated with honors from Yale University and earned his medical degree at the New York University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and completed his subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at the New York University School of Medicine, where he established the Bellevue Gynecologic Endocrinology Clinic.
