Fertility doctor Isaac Kligman earned his medical degree at the Universidad Javeriana in Bogota in 1981, where he also completed his residency in 1987. He then went to the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine where he completed a research fellowship in reproductive biology and endocrinology in 1989. After that, he completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Maryland Medical Center before coming to The Ronald O.
