Here at our practice we work in conjunction with donor sperm banks. We usually recommend that the patient use a donor sperm bank that is accredited by the National Tissue Banking Association. Patient who require donor sperm include those patient’s with severe male factor issues, patients in same sex relationships, or single women requiring the use of donor’s sperm.
