Some patients that struggle with an endocrine system hormone imbalance, like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), might benefit from nutritional counseling. Both male and female patients should reduce caffeine and alcohol consumption and focus on a diet packed with fruits, vegetables, protein, Omega-3s, and one source of full fat dairy per day. Dara also recommends drinking lots of water and taking a vitamin supplement when trying to conceive.
