Vice President, Finance and Operations

FertilityAuthority, LLC is looking for an experienced Vice President of Finance and Operations to help lead the evolution of our two new products: IVFAdvantage and EggBanxx. The company is in the process of transforming it’s business model from display advertising into the world’s largest marketing platform reselling physician services direct-to-consumer, which has led to the need to rebuild much of its core web presence, and created a need for a significant number of new products, technology, financial, operations and web enhancements.

The ideal candidate has excellent problem solving skills, a strong understanding of business, operational and finance issues involving building new businesses from the ground up; and, also has the willingness and ability to participate in other areas of the business. The right candidate is a generalist, with strong leadership and communication skills, who embraces the variety that is endemic to a small company, and is not hindered by the occasional lack of structure that also often exists.

Core Responsibilities:

- Business and Operational Planning, helping to architect and drive the execution of FertilityAuthority’s forecast and operating plan.
- Prepare and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and metrics for the CEO.
- Assist with fund-raising efforts including working with current investors and prospecting new investors to communicate the Company’s financial position and plans.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting; directing all financial, project-based, and departmental accounting.
- Review pricing, reconciliation records, reimbursement schedules and assist in negotiating new agreements including 1 cycle, 3 cycle and donor cycle reimbursement rates.
- Negotiate ways to increase Average Sales Price (ASP) including developing new agreements to resell manufacturer drug costs, Pre-Implantation Genetic Screening services and other related add-on services.
- Negotiate improved profit margins including, when possible, reimbursement payable terms.
- Assist with projections and analytics of the company including understanding the Lifetime Value (LTV) of the customer as well as Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and how to increase LTV and lower CAC.
- Suggest best ways to scale the business whether involving new vendors and/or new hires; and evaluate build vs. buy new product launches by researching other potential partners and/or acquisition candidates, e.g., apps, storage facilities, or other d-to-c web properties.
- As a part of the management team, take the lead on operations and legal matters, reviewing contracts and managing any legal and/or regulatory risks by understanding regulatory environment related to fee splitting and anti-kickback; problem solve around any regulatory issue(s).

Requirements:

- Previous experience at a high-growth start-up with similar responsibilities (minimum of 5 years experience.
- Proven history of operational and financial accountability including budgeting, P&L management and analysis
- Results oriented executive with proven concept-through-executive capabilities, solid strategic and problem solving skills, and an exceptional team-building record.

Senior Graphic Designer/Front End Developer (Full Time)

Fertility Authority, LLC is looking for an experienced graphic designer and front end developer to help lead the evolution of our core web products and services. The company is in the process of transforming it’s business model from pure advertising to pay-for-performance, which has led to the need to rebuild much of its core web presence, and created a need for a significant number of new products, print materials and web enhancements.

This small, but rapidly growing company seeks an individual that possesses the technical skills required to directly design, build, and implement many of the required changes, but who also has the willingness and ability to participate in other areas of the business including business planning and strategy, online marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a generalist, with strong graphic design skills, who embraces the variety that is endemic to a small company, and is not hindered by the occasional lack of structure that also often exists.

Core Responsibilities:
- Use your knowledge of direct marketing and landing page conversion to improve usability and conversion across all of our sites.
- Improve web site user experience as well as the look and feel of each site.
- Set strategies for improving the mobile experience across all of our sites.
- Create marketing materials for the web as well as print including web banners and promotional materials
- Turn web site designs into responsive HTML/CSS

Your qualifications:
- REQUIRED: 5+ years – Graphic Design for Web Sites (Mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator is a must)
- REQUIRED: 1+ years - Front End Development: Creating HTML and CSS from a mockup. (Perfect candidate will have experience with PHP and Drupal)
- REQUIRED: 3+ years - Experience in online, direct response marketing, including transaction-focused lead generation sites
- Experience with Responsive Web Site Designs and Mobile Usability
- Experience using version control, preferably Git
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work without close direct supervision
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical professionals

Assistant Patient Care Manager

Fertility Authority, LLC is looking for an Assistant Patient Care Manager to help prepare prospective patients for their fertility consultation, as well as book appointments and provide support and information.     General Manager : EggBanxx

    Serve as the primary brand representative for www.EggBanxx.com, a new direct-to-consumer product that helps young, professional women take control of their fertility, enabling them to preserve their egg quality NOW to start their family in the future. The role calls for passion and the ability to translate how empowering preventative fertility sciences can be.

    Duties will include developing marketing materials for the product, overseeing the site and content management, building the brand through press releases, public relations, link building, and building direct sales relationships with both clinics and prospects in order to drive new revenue for this product line, including reimbursement fees paid to physicians.

    A successful candidate will be a creative, engaged and energetic professional with an understanding of sales, marketing, online acquisition and our core audience of 25-39 year olds and medical professionals. Candidate will lead sales initiatives and process, patient care advocates, the press, and customers – both clinics and individuals seeking the egg freezing procedure.

    Position duties include attaining monthly sales goals, projecting sales growth, overseeing marketing pieces, cultivating customer relationships, and growing sales revenues.
    As the "face" of this product, the right candidate would also oversee and execute on social media and all promotional initiatives.

    East Coast Digital Advertising Sales Executive

    Fertility Authority, LLC is looking for an experienced interactive advertising sales professional to build the company’s sales efforts across the East Coast and to exceed its sales goals.     Core Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and develop key senior level ad agency and company relationships in order to effectively build and maintain territory ad sales revenue vs. budget. In addition to ad agencies, professional will be calling on fertility-related pharmaceutical companies and fertility doctors.
    • Establish professional relationships and a robust account pipeline by prioritizing and conducting a high volume of weekly account opens and sales calls to realize maximum revenue.

This is primarily an Inside Sales position with limited travel requirements. No telecommuting.

      FertilityAuthority.com is looking for a multi-faceted team player to help run the day-to-day general and administrative duties in our New York Office. The position of Office Manager is designed to include various accounting and bookkeeping tasks as well as human relations and administrative duties. The right candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience working with Quickbooks and thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of juggling a number of duties simultaneously. The position interacts directly with customers and clients and is responsible for identifying, troubleshooting and recommending solutions, processing invoices and payments, issuing payments and contributing to the overall success of the company.

      Responsibilities:

      Performing bookkeeping functions using Quickbooks, Excel spreadsheets and other tools
      Use CRM to keep customer accounts updated, document communications, research and reconcile accounts
      Provide direct account management support to customers, related to billing/payments and or online media performance
      Make bank deposits, process credit card transactions, and perform related bookkeeping
      Process weekly billing and monthly payroll processing
      Oversee and aid in HR outreach
      Act as executive assistant, when necessary, to management team
      Administrative tasks (as this is a fast-paced start-up, we require all hands on deck!)

      Requirements:

      Minimum 4 year degree from accredited University
      Minimum 3+ Years working experience of Accounting (with Quickbooks online)
