INSIDE SALES/ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
GREATER NEW YORK CITY AREA

Description
FertilityAuthority.com, LLC, publishers of www.fertilityauthority.com, www.topfertilitydocs.com and www.fertilethoughts.com is seeking a motivated and intelligent sales professional. The candidate must be able to balance the productivity needed to discover new opportunity nationwide and the desire to gain industry knowledge necessary for making an impactful telemarketing sales presentation. We take a very consultative selling approach when dealing with potential clients but that must be coupled with your ability to professionally prospect to physician offices nationwide.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, persistence, have the ability to build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers, as well as showcase expert organizational, report-writing, and presentation skills. This is primarily an Inside Sales position with limited travel requirements. No telecommuting.

Responsibilities

  • Discover Opportunity by cold-calling
  • Maintain a working pipeline
  • Move prospects successfully through the purchase process.
  • Perform web-based and on-site (when necessary) product demonstrations
  • Timely and accurately log sales in CRM system.
  • Accurately maintain and build upon contact database and meet assigned quota and performance goals
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years sales background with digital media company
  • Heavy outbound phone work and email activities; average 60+ calls and emails per day
  • Proven ability to cold call for new business
  • Strong negotiation, telephone, PC, and closing skills
  • Must be a consistent over-quota achiever, with proven track record
  • Must have a high energy/passion for customer service, technology, and sales
  • Professional, confident, "closer" personality
  • Solid work history and excellent professional references are required
  • Bachelor Degree required

WEB CONTENT MANAGER

Description
The Web Content Manager is a digital communications professional with experience developing, optimizing and delivering content to a worldwide audience of consumers. This role requires an individual who has SEO experience, the skills of a seasoned, online editor, and the organization of an experienced project manager to create the most effective, targeted content that will increase traffic and revenue to www.fertilityauthority.com, www.topfertilitydocs.com and www.fertilethoughts.com.

Responsibilities
Working with the Editorial and Marketing teams, and reporting to the Editor-In-Chief, the Web Content Manager is a highly collaborative role, responsible for generating and implementing strategy that increases traffic and revenue, and widens our customer base.

  • Understand, disseminate and apply online content best practices
  • Write, develop, edit and package a variety of content including articles, podcasts, webinars, videos, etc.
  • Envision, oversee, and help implement new content initiatives to retain existing users as well as new markets
  • Provide support for SEO including:
    • Execute SEO recommendations
    • Optimize copy and landing pages
    • Internal link optimization
  • Drive social media efforts
  • Grow message board interaction and community
  • Provide P.R. support including press releases

Requirements

    The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Experience working in an online publication or web portal, specifically related to generating traffic related to content, social media and online communities
  • Experience building online content that drives traffic and revenue
  • Experience and knowledge in Search Engine Optimization
  • Experience and interest with social media technologies and online communities
  • Experience with and understanding of HTML and content management systems and general comfort working with new technologies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines while holding others to mutually agreed upon deadlines
  • A high degree of initiative, motivation, flexibility, and self-direction
  • BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related discipline
