General Manager : EggBanxx

Serve as the primary brand representative for, a new direct-to-consumer product that helps young, professional women take control of their fertility, enabling them to preserve their egg quality NOW to start their family in the future. The role calls for passion and the ability to translate how empowering preventative fertility sciences can be.

Duties will include developing marketing materials for the product, overseeing the site and content management, building the brand through press releases, public relations, link building, and building direct sales relationships with both clinics and prospects in order to drive new revenue for this product line, including reimbursement fees paid to physicians.

A successful candidate will be a creative, engaged and energetic professional with an understanding of sales, marketing, online acquisition and our core audience of 25-39 year olds and medical professionals. Candidate will lead sales initiatives and process, patient care advocates, the press, and customers – both clinics and individuals seeking the egg freezing procedure.

Position duties include attaining monthly sales goals, projecting sales growth, overseeing marketing pieces, cultivating customer relationships, and growing sales revenues.
As the "face" of this product, the right candidate would also oversee and execute on social media and all promotional initiatives.

Drupal Front End Web Developer
Use your knowledge of direct marketing and landing page conversion to improve usability and conversion across all of our sites.
Build Drupal web sites and themes based on business owner requirements and mockups
Create functionality to support the design using PHP/JS in Drupal
Modify web sites to enable A/B testing
Write clean, modular, code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
Work with other members of the team to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround

Desired Skills and Experience

    Fertility Authority, LLC is looking for an experienced interactive advertising sales professional to build the company’s sales efforts across the East Coast and to exceed its sales goals. This small, but rapidly growing company seeks an individual that possesses the sales skills required to directly impact revenue required as well as someone who is entrepreneurially minded and has the willingness and ability to participate in other areas of the business including business planning and strategy, online marketing and analytics. The ideal candidate is a generalist, with strong sales skills, who embraces the variety that is endemic to a small company, and is not hindered by the occasional lack of structure that also often exists. The position is based in New York City and reports to the Director of Sales.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and develop key senior level ad agency and company relationships in order to effectively build and maintain territory ad sales revenue vs. budget. In addition to ad agencies, professional will be calling on fertility-related pharmaceutical companies and fertility doctors.
    • Establish professional relationships and a robust account pipeline by prioritizing and conducting a high volume of weekly account opens and sales calls to realize maximum revenue.
    • Assist with account management activities for the territory to drive account expansion and penetration, develop long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
