Albany Infertility Clinical Trials
Clinical trials are strictly controlled and carefully regulated studies that set out to answer a specific question in regards to a disease, illness, or disorder. These clinical trials have resulted in many medical advances, including new fertility medications, diagnostic tools and fertility treatments/procedures.
Each clinical trial has a set purpose and runs for a specific amount of time under predetermined conditions. Clinical trials can operate in one location, but many occur simultaneously throughout multiple locations.
In New York, there are 15 infertility clinical trials that are currently recruiting volunteers, though none of the clinical trials are located in Albany.
If you are considering joining an infertility clinical trial, it is important you talk first with your doctor to discuss the risks involved.
