Fertility Authority Celebrates One Year Anniversary!

cupcakes.jpg launched February 29, 2009 to provide patients a one-stop, unbiased solution to all of their fertility questions. Today, just one year later, we celebrate becoming a recognized leader in the industry, and we couldn’t have done it without you. So, first, let me sincerely thank our shareholders, our 36 loyal clients and our team members. It is an honor to work with each of you.

We are passionate about our mission to help patients and to offer high quality service to members of the fertility community. We’re mindful that the information and support we supply impacts both patients and healthcare providers. Education is empowering, and a more knowledgeable patient means a more efficient and profitable practice for specialists in the field.

We challenge ourselves everyday to improve communication with our patients and clients, and to improve functionality of the site. If you followed our journey over the past year, you’re familiar with the many enhancements we’ve made. Our latest change is a new homepage carousel that provides multiple entry points – increasing from 5 to 9 our homepage, daily feature stories. We’re also adding proximity mapping to our technology so that the patient’s search for a doctor yields more precise results. We will continue to make improvements so that maintains its reputation for providing the best fertility content, user interface and functionality on the web.

Our efforts have yielded outstanding results. We’ve experienced 12 consecutive months of double digit traffic growth and surpassed many veterans in the field. With new blogs and features added frequently, readers are finding more reasons to return to the site on a regular basis. Some of our new featured blogs include Ellen Glazer’s "Conversations with an Infertility Counselor" as well as "Modern Fertility and the Law" by Rich Vaughn of the National Fertility Law Center. These bloggers are an impressive addition to the existing group of creative and insightful writers we already have on the site.
