Fertility Treatment Costs in Maine
Fertility treatment costs are a top worry for patients undergoing fertility treatments. That’s because these services can be expensive. But if you know where to look, there are programs available that can help you save.
Discounts on IVF
The American Society for Reproductive Medicine estimates that the average cycle of IVF costs over $12,000. While this can vary based on fertility clinic and location, there’s no sugarcoating it—IVF can cost a good chunk of change.
You can save on IVF costs through the IVFAdvantage program. With this program, you pay upfront for a multiple-cycle IVF package at a reduced fee. This package contains up to two fresh IVF cycles and two frozen embryo cycles. By paying upfront at a discounted fee, you can save up to 40 percent off the costs of purchasing each individually. As long as you are a cash-paying patient whose fertility doctor recommended IVF, you can be eligible in IVFAdvantage.

Discounts on Egg Freezing
Egg freezing may be an option for you if you know you’d like to have children, but feel like the time now isn’t right to do so.
Like IVF, egg freezing can be costly. Egg freezing costs can range from $6,500 to $18,000 a cycle.
The EggBanxx program can help you save on your egg freezing costs. With this program, you purchase a package that includes one, two, or three egg freezing cycles—more than one cycle is often necessary to produce enough eggs. Egg freezing costs through this program can run from $5,400 to $8,300 for one cycle, depending on location, and include up to two years of storage. You can save up to 20 percent off the cost of egg freezing by going through EggBanxx
