Fertility Clinic Success Rates Make Up Only Part of the Equation

It can be tempting to choose a fertility clinic based solely on its success rates, but that may not necessarily represent the best choice for your unique situation.

It is important to learn how to carefully read these fertility clinic success rates. Success rates are very important for fertility clinics, and they often become very competitive about achieving the highest rates. In order to do so, some fertility clinics become selective about the kinds of patients they will accept. For example, some clinics will not accept patients with certain diagnoses, which may make pregnancy more difficult.

Additionally, it is also important to pay close attention to the age breakdown. Fertility clinics that have high success rates, but only treat a handful of patients your age may not be the best choice for you.
