The Top Ten Things You Can Do!

  1. Decrease your stress levels, find joy in your life and create in enjoyment on a daily basis. Do one thing daily that you love to do and decreases your stress. For some of you this will be yoga or meditation and for others this will be surfing. Whatever your love and passions are, do them and do them regularly.
  2. Detox!!! You should detoxify your body from all the toxins 1-2 x per year. I recommend that you do this under the guidance of a healthcare practitioner as I do not like for patients to fast.
  3. Eat a meal within an hour of waking in the morning. You have been fasting all night, it is important to stabilize your blood sugar as quickly as possible.
  4. Drink WATER! Make sure it is mineralized water. Most filtered water take out the bad as well as the good. We have to put them back in. Go purchase liquid minerals or make a sole out of Himalayan pink salt.
  5. Eliminate Coffee
  6. Increase your leafy greens
  7. Supplement with Fish Oils, B complex and Vitamin D3
  8. Increase your Healthy Fats!!! Coconut oil, avocado, fish, flax seeds, olive oil, nuts and seeds.
  9. Eat organic animal products and Decrease your sugar intake
  10. Get Acupuncture! Acupuncture has been shown to regulate and balance hormones and is a wonderful addition to the items above that you are doing at home.
