Fertility Talk with Nurse Gina
Gina Paoletti-Falcone, RN, BSN is a graduate of Northeastern University and has worked in Women’s Health since 1978. After working as a maternity nurse at Boston City Hospital, she taught at Youville Hospital School of Practical Nursing for several years before assuming the Nurse Manager position in Labor and Delivery at Malden Hospital.
For 16 years Gina worked as an infertility nurse at Malden Hospital and Reproductive Science Center where she became the Clinical Services Manager. During that time, Gina became interested in clinical research and nursing education.
She has presented at both national and local fertility conferences, including the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
In 2004, Gina joined Freedom Fertility Pharmacy as the Clinical Educator responsible for developing infertility educational content for employees, patients, nurse, and managed care plans in print and online. Her greatest contribution at Freedom has been the development of Freedom MedTEACH, a web based video format medication education resource for patients.
