Fertility Authority’s Blog of the Week: Secret Infertility
The blog we’d like to feature this week is Secret Infertility.
Fran Meadows is an author and infertility advocate. She has endured many hardships when it comes to infertility and loss. She struggled for over six years with infertility and has gone through various treatments such as IUI, IVF and FET. She has experienced late pregnancy loss and all the emotions that go along with it. Today, Fran is a proud IVF mom and continues to share her story to offer a sense of hope to others.
Fran started her blog to share her story of infertility with the world once her book was released. Now as an advocate she shares many stories of others still going through their journey. Her blog features guest posts for organizations, professionals and patients to share their resources with the community. Fran feels that it is important to hear others' stories and to be able to relate while being informed. To Fran, knowledge is key. She explains, “I hope to be able to share resources with the community so that they can be guided and equipped with necessary information whether it’s tips, event information, overall health and wellness, mental health for infertility, online support or just relating to other stories on my blog.”
