Trying to get pregnant? Don’t forget to eat a healthy diet, including a full serving of fruits and vegetables daily.
According to the food guide pyramid for healthy eating, you should be eating seven to eight servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Good sources of fertile foods include dark green vegetables for increased folic acid and fruits enriched with vitamin C to promote a healthy body.
There is even an old wives tale that eating pineapple in moderation can help a fertilized egg implant. So if you like pineapple, why not give that a try! Eat your way to fertility and who knows, maybe an apple a day will keep the fertility doctor away!
