Think Fertile Thoughts

Studies have shown that there are many benefits of positive thinking.

Your mind simply cannot tell the difference between real and pretend thoughts. If you think negative thoughts, so will your body and mind.

We understand that, sometimes, you just feel very negative toward infertility. Understandably so. Infertility is more than difficult, but try to remind yourself that positive thinking will only benefit you and help to relieve some of that unwanted stress. Don't automatically think fertility treatment won’t work, and definitely don't assume your IUI cycle failed before it even happened -- then you are just setting yourself up for failure and disappointment!
