Why Getting a Big Fat Negative Isn’t So Bad
Where is your positive already?
Here are our five "positives" to survive all those "negatives."
- Do something special for yourself. A girl’s spa day out will banish any negative thoughts away.
- Try to think on the bright side. Tomorrow, you will treat yourself to a single yummy, caffeinated latté, and you will enjoy every single sip!
- Have a date night with your special someone (and enjoy some wine while you’re at it!).
- Wear that hot black dress that’s been sitting in the back of your closet. When you do get pregnant, you’re not going to be able to fit into it.
- Let your body take a break. Give yourself a couple weeks to enjoy life without worrying about infertility. Your body and mind will thank you.
