Federal Grant Will Support Infertility Prevention
Four Minnesota health agencies representing nine clinics will receive federal Infertility Prevention Project (IPP) money for 2010-2013, the Minnesota Department of Health has announced.
The agencies operate three county public health clinics, one community-based teen clinic and five school-based clinics, all of which submitted proposals in response to a request from the health department. All services will be delivered in the seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area, where the concentration of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) is the greatest.
