Push to Redefine Infertility for Insurance Coverage Under MA Law

There's a major push to redefine the infertility mandate in Massachusetts. Advocates say there is a loophole in the law. A proposed law would redefine infertility to include women who can get pregnant but cannot carry a child to term. It would also shorten the time from one year to six months for women over 35 to be declared infertile.
