One-Year Wait for IVF in Quebec as Program Breeds Success

One year after Quebec launched fully-funded in vitro fertilization treatment, some women are waiting up to 12 months to have the procedure done, a government official confirms. However, the executive director of the Montreal-based Infertility Awareness Association of Canada calls the program a "tremendous success" that should be emulated by other provinces.
