Can Crotch Length Predict Sperm Strength?

Research published in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives found that men who have a shorter perineal length (known as the anogenital distance, or AGD) — the distance between the posterior base of the scrotum and anus — have lower sperm counts, poorer quality sperm, lower sperm concentrations and lower motility. Scientists had previously made the connection between AGD and fertility in rats, but it is the first time they have made the connection in humans.
