What about one cup of black coffee with no sugar a day? is it harmful since iv been trying for a year now to conceive.

Hi, the best thing to do is ask your doctor about caffeine intake when you are trying to get pregnant. Also, if you have been trying for more than a year — even if you are under 35 — you should consult with a fertility doctor, also known as a reproductive endocrinologist, who can do extensive testing to find out what is going on.
