I have no clue how CCRM got to top of the list in the United states. This place is truly about robbing people of their money in as many ways as possible. I don't get if the treatment plan comes from the nurse or the doctor? Doctors behave like nurses and nurses behave like doctors.. oh gosh.. such a crazy place this is. They keep telling me call us as soon as its your day1 but they wont even care to return the call until the end of day2. If you call the main line there are so many options and trust me no matter what option you select no body answers the phone. You just have to leave a voice mail and wait for a day or 2 for them to call you back. All your time is gone with blood work and ultrasounds. They ultimately want people to go to IVF and they make sure clomid/letrozole don't work as expected. When we ask for an injectibles cycle they simply say you are at high risk so your next option is only IVF. These people charge double to what conceptions charge and conceptions is a lot better than CCRM. Trust me its better you go to another place instead of getting the IVF treatment from a nurse rather than a doctor.

Everyone has made this experience easier.

I saw Dr. Minjarez while with CCRM at the Rose location. I had been with a previous RE before I decided to get a second opinion bc I felt like I was just being pushed into IVF by the previous doctor. The previous doctor did not want to find out my issues at all. Laughed at me when I asked her if I had PCOS and many other very inappropriate things. With in 10 mins of our consult with Minjarez with her only looking at my records from the previous RE. She told me I had PCOS and possible Endo. Had me in for laparoscopic surgery within a month for the Endo, which was then diagnosed as mild Endo at the time of surgery. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into something I did not feel comfortable with at this clinic. We ended up doing 3 IUI's with CCRM that were unsuccessful. No fault of the clinic. After those cycles we finally decided it was time for IVF, total time was about a year. Everything went as prefect as can be. We now have a little one on the way in Oct. 2016 and 20 little snow flake babies waiting for us when we are ready for another. I loved everyone I came across at CCRM. Two people I want to personally thank for making feel not so alone and hugged and cried a little bit when it was time for me to move onto an OBGYN is Ruby the phlebotomist at Rose and Carrie an ultrasound tech that works at both Rose and the Lone Tree locations.

Very caring facility.

My husband and I knew IVF was the only way we could get pregnant. CCRM was just the place to go. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and punctual. We would recommend them to anyone!

terrible staff

Sadly I have to give a negative review. Originally I loved CCRM- 3 years ago. Dr. Minjrez is very sweet and has a great bedside manner, which I have not found at many other fertility clinics. But the front office staff and nurses are terrible to the patients and don't seem to care about sense of urgency. These cycles and procedures are very time sensitive, so working in this field they should understand that. Being a monitor only patient was so stressful in an already stressful process that I had so much anxiety around my appointments and would usually leave frustrated and in tears. They are happy to charge extremely high prices but can't treat you like a woman going through a very hard, stressful, sad time, while jacked up on hormones.

My experience

I am thinking about getting a second opinion. This place has a nice doctor but very rude and insensitive nurses. Those nurses constantly change and don't really know your treatment cycles. It is such an emotional process and the staff is just insensitive and rude and most of them have no idea what they are dong. Their nurses changing with a speed of light and they just want to schedule many ultrasounds and don't even ask you if that ok with you. Each ultrasound cost a lots of money out of pocket and for them it's just a dollar sign like other reviewers said. I might change a doctor. They misted one of my cycles. So sad. Very unorganized place that just care about charging you and not supporting you.

Love it!

I have been going here for 3 years. Their staff is great, I love the doctor. This is a difficult journey which can be hard for people to understand but they make me feel like I am a person, not just a number.
