Had a horrible experience. It was impossible to reach her staff, all calls go to voicemail. Had a $25,000 miscarriage and it took her more than two days to call me. This doctor does not care about her patients. Go anywhere else.

We understand and we do care.

We are very sorry for what you are going through, we understand that pregnancy loss is devastating especially after infertility treatments and our physicians, nurses, and staff work very hard to give each patient the sensitive care that they need. Due to the sensitivity and complexity of infertility and pregnancy loss, our staff is not always able to answer the phone as they may be helping patients in the office or already speaking with a patient on the phone line. Every call is very important to us, and messages left during phone hours are always returned on the same business day, or the next business day if left after phone hours. Patients are always welcome to schedule appointments with the Dr. Gago to discuss the outcome of their fertility treatments. Dr. Gago understands the emotional toll of a miscarriage, so she often does take time out of her personal schedule to call patients and express her condolences. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of patients who may need this special care she is not always able to call immediately. Please know that we are thinking of you, and please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you in your infertility journey.
