Unfriendly Staff

If you're looking for a positive, upbeat, friendly, and enthusiastic experience, this is not the place for you. The receptionist was awesome but the nurses were the most unhappy, miserable acting group of people I've ever seen. I felt like I was at a funeral home or something. Not one person smiled or even said hi. Dr. Perloe was kind of dull and seemed to be disconnected. It was like I was dealing with a robot. Communication is horrible and there is no open phone lind. You must leave a voicemail everytime you call, no matter how important your call is. Also parking is not free. I won't be returning.

GRS is a Very Special Place!

Dr. Perloe didn't give up on me when every fertility doctor I saw in Atlanta said donor eggs! He was determined to help me concieve using my own eggs. I now have two year old twin girls because of him. The entire staff of GRS was so personable and supportive. In the beginning, my tests showed that my tubes were blocked, my AMH was very low for my age, and I essentially couldn't even dream of having my own kids. I started my IVF cycle and Dr. Perloe stayed positive, telling me he just needed one good embryo. I ended up with 4 good embryos. After delivering twin girls in Sept. 2012, I still have 1 remaining good embryo in storage for my next baby in a few years. None of this would be possible without Dr. Perloe. Everytime my little girls smile at me, I thank God for Dr. Perloe!
