Not good!

The staff is awful. No compassion what so ever. The doctor may be great...however I've been going there for 3 months and have seen him only one time. You see the blood tech, sono tech and leave. Then someone calls with results, when you have questions they say "I don't know I don't have your chart in front of me." So poorly ran, which is unfortunate because I really did hear good things about this doctor. I guess I will never know.

SADLY VERY DISAPPOINTING

i had read wonerful things about the office and dr palter . I did enjoy meeting with Dr Palter and i felt he was knowledgeable and made a lot of sense , but his office is run so poorly that there is no way i would ever do a cycle with them. They were unorganized and took several days even up to a week to get back to me with information. I also had to leave serveral messages for there billing department. and never got results from the lab for weeks .... dont waste your money , there are plenty of other amazing fertility clinics out there that you can give your thousands of dollars to!

I wish all medical experiences were like the one I had at Gold Coast IVF. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt confident that this was the physician and staff for us. The office staff is friendly, attentive, and beyond organized. My questions were always answered, I felt that I could always call, and when I walked in they knew my name which was so comforting. Dr. Palter is a medical genius. He is thorough and completely involved in every step of your journey. I am currently 6 months pregnant and beyond thankful to Gold Coast IVF. Being treated there was the best decision my husband and I have ever made.

Good Doctor, Bad Support

The Doctor himself gets 5 stars--he is intelligent, and great at what he does. The staff however, couldn't give a $hit whether or not you were in the office--they're rude, and wont treat you as a priority. You'll need to constantly be on top of them for insurance info, appointment follow-ups, etc...and they don't realize that timing is the number one factor in this practice. Unacceptable behavior. The doctor should clean house and hire people who care.
