Highly Disappointed

When we first went to the clinic we felt as if we were treated like cattle. Unfortunately for us, they're the only clinic in the area. Due to this lack of compassion and individualized care, we decided to go out of state for treatment. After visiting the clinic in San Diego we now know what it feels like being a patient and not a number. Unfortunately, since we are seeking treatment out of state, my wife has to be monitored locally at this facility. The treatment received as a monitoring patient has been disapponting to say the least. Again, my wife is a number with dollar signs attached. There is no discussions, explanations or compassion shown during her appointments. Case in point, they refused to educate her on the use of a "standard tool" used for medication application. My wife left in tears and again we both left disappointed. So sad since we are already dealing with the stressful situation of infertility. If you are needing this type of treatment, I advise you to please look at ALL your options!
