I wish I never went there

I went to a few appointments at Buffalo IVF, and thought it was strange that they never charged me at my visits or collected a copay from me. I never thought anything of it until they charged over $500.00 dollars to my card without my knowledge. When I called them to find out why, they offered me no explanation as to why they did that to me, but wouldn't offer me any kind of payment plan. They wouldn't work with me at all. I had them erase me as a patient, because I did not want to deal with a doctors office that treats patients like that. Then they continued to send me bills, but when I would call to pay (after I got out of work), the answering service was incredibly rude to me. I don't have anything good to say about this office staff. I wish I never went to them in the first place.
