C.A.R.E.S. program

Hello Tammie. I'm glad that you replied. I actually talked to one of New Hope's financial counselor. And yes you are right, your IVF CARES start at $7000, that is after paying the program fee of $2250. But then I have to pay for other services like ICSI, cryo, azh etc. and that's why it would end up $14,000 for only one cycle. I've found another clinic out-of-state that offers 2 cycle plan for $17,000 and that's already including frozen embryo transfers associated with those cycles, ICSI and 2 pregnancy tests. They have higher success rates too. The financial counselor at New Hope did not discuss the multiple cycle option to me. I'll probably email New Hope and request information.

Dear Anonymous
If you would be so kind as to email me directly at my office address: TammieP@thenewhopecenter.com – I would be more than happy to work with you directly, to come up with a comparable fee for the same services, that would enable you to return to New Hope Center for your treatment. I look forward to hearing from you, and thank you again for conversing with me.”

I was excited to know about this program you always see at their clinic. I just went to New Hope because my insurance directed me to them. But I don't have IVF coverage. I asked for the CARES program but you have to pay $2000+ to get the discount of 20% of all the treatments and services. With the discount, I will spend $14k+ and that's only for one cycle. I'm glad I went to Jones Institute because their share risk program for 2 cycles is 17k+.

Dear “Anonymous” – I’m so sorry you elected to leave The New Hope Center, especially having done so without knowing all of the treatment options and packages The CARES© Program has to offer.

While The CARES© program does have several single cycle ART options available (starting at ~$7,000), the program also includes two different Multi-Cycle options, both of which are priced well below the package price you indicated and purchased elsewhere.

Please know we wish you all the best with your fertility efforts and sincerely hope you are successful with conceiving. Should you ever wish to return to The NHC, I would be more than happy to personally assist you with selecting a treatment option that best fits your financial and clinical needs.

Thank you.

I made a mistake in going to this clinic. They are very expensive and customer service and procedure services are okay. I am now looking to move to other clinic.
