Dr. Feinberg

Your rating: 55 1
Smart, kind, compassionate and the best physician I have ever been to. Dr. Feinberg was recommended to me by multiple sources, my ob/gyn and several friends. Best advice I ever got was to seek a second opinion from her. Northwestern is organized, efficient and the nurses and staff are professional and kind. I cannot recommend them highly enough

I was trying to give this hospital 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. Never go to this hospital! They are completely incompetent & have horrible customer service. Dr. Robins told me to take Clomid day 17 of my cycle when I didn't ovulate & the next month admitted that was totally incorrect advice. His nurse, Niev, is totally incompetent & makes things up that clomid restarts your cycle & it is like day 0. The next month, Robins said that was completely incorrect advice & it was too late to take the clomid for that month so that set is back two months. I got two cysts on my ovaries from my taking the clomid in the middle of my cycle. His nurse, Niev, failed to order my injections the next month so I was screwed over for 3 months. Then Robins never called me back though I called for weeks even though I called for weeks. The nurses didn't get back to me to confirm whether I needed to come in for an ultrasound day 3 of my cycle.
