I went to see Dr Williams regarding my fibroids. He said I needed surgery. Afterwards I took all of my records to see Dr Moon Kim. He informed ORM he needed all of the original records not copies. I guess he did not trust them. He reviewed all of my records and xrays. I sat quietly as he entered to room to discuss them with me. He had a solomn look on his face. He informed me I could no longer get preganant. BECAUSE there are hairs at the end of the tubes that pickup the eggs before there are carried downward in the tube . Dr Kim pointed out that these very important hairs were missing on both tubes and I could not get pregnant. Since I had a son before the surgery they were present. I am firmly convinced that Dr Steve Williams wiped them both out with a lazer. A botched surgery which made me not capable of getting preganant. To top it off I saw a colored picture of taken during the surgery and there was a question mark by the ovary. Is it an ovary and where does it belong? What a quack. Dr Moon Kim informed me that he stonewalled Dr Williams from being part of the faculty at OSU Medical School. I had also heard this from several other patients. Dr Williams informed me that he wanted to go back in and do some more surgery that he thoroughly enjoyed it. NO WAY your fucked me up DR. I also went back to Dayton and met another Dr about this. He informed me his granddaughter had to have very delicate reproductive surgery and Dr Williams was scheduled to perform it. He quickly changed to Dr Grant Schmidt and indicated that every thing when well. He did not think Dr Steve Williams was not quite up to it. Stay away from Dr Steve Williams and any operating procedures he might make you infertal. Also, he talk to us about everything even that where he buy his clothes leading us on. Finally my husband and I both met with him and saw through him. We never went back. Oh, he will keep you coming for the money but won't assist you in getting pregnant. Leave Steve Williams I the distance and his bulshit and move on to someone who is going to help you not just take up your precisous time and your money.

Not impressed!

I have been ttc#2 after conceiving my 1st a few years ago at a clinic on the west coast. There are two clinics in the Columbus area. Both are pretty incompetent compared to the knowledge and care possessed by the doctors and staff on the west coast. I went to RGI first and quickly ceased going when I encountered unfriendly staff who do not return calls promptly and an arrogant doctor who constantly pushed for IVF and talked down on other doctors in the same field. Having no choice, I switched to ORM since it is the only other clinic in town. They are probably one notch above RGI, but the staff was also in general very unfriendly. The doctors seemed to know a bit more, but when it came to monitoring, adjusting injection dosage, timing of procedure, I was not impressed. They seemed very casual esp. on my last cycle where I was clearly over-stimmed with a ripe follicle after only 4 days of stim. Average days of stim is anywhere between 7-10. Yet, they seemed unfazed. Anyway, I am just adding my review, not as a scorned patient because I did not get pregnant, but because the administering of care and timing of procedure was so off that there was no way I could get pregnant. If you unfortunately live in Columbus, you are better off traveling out of town for fertility care. Your time and money will be better spent. Good luck!
