Amazing

Dr Klein and his staff is absolutely amazing. I ended up in his office after a good friend recommended him. Thanks to him we have a toddler and I have returned to his WP office to have a second child. I have never in my life experienced a more caring doctor. The IVF nurses seem more helpful (and friendly) this second time around but most of my interactions are with Dr Klein, whether in person, by email or phone. The new location is very nice. I miss the morning rush monitoring hours this time around, so cannot comment, but there are only 1-2 patients in waiting room by 8:30 am. Early morning was never a problem back in 2014 either (referring to another review). Love this doctor!!!

After 3 rounds of failed IVF at top NY hospitals, we finally had success with Dr Lederman and RMA. We could not be more grateful.

awful

I do not recommend - this place is awful. The billing person is horrible, the office staff doesn't give the doctor's message and the IVF nurse is unsupportive and rushed. I would constantly get conflicting message about what medication I should be taking (sometimes they would call and tell me to take a medication that was never ordered for me).

go somewhere else

I liked my doctor, but since 99% of your time is spent with everyone else in the office my feelings about the doctor are almost irrelevant. he billing person is awful. The IVF nurse is also not very good. She is always rushed, isn't very nice and gives you information in a very confusing manner. With all the money that people are giving them you would also think they would have more then one nurse taking blood and more then one ultrasound machine. Morning monitoring is a mess. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
