Pathetic staff

RMAPA is horrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They don't explain anything to you. They give poor instructions. For example, my doctor and my nurse told me to administer my ovidrel injection the day before my sonogram, so I did. The next day I went in for my sonogram and some nurse practitioner whom I've never seen before told me I wasn't supposed to administer the injection. They've charged me so much money just to do sonograms. They don't accept Medicaid geisinger. All of these sonogram are probably unnecessary. They just enjoy collecting my money. They are so pathetic that for my first visit they gave me the wrong address. Very poor communication.

I highly recommend RMA of PA , Dr Schillings and her staff.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 7 years. We were going to the regular OBGYN for help for about 4 years, we fell pregnant but it ended in miscarriage due to progesterone levels which they did nothing about. Annoyed at this point I started looking into fertility specialist I came across Dr. Schillings, I called in January of 2017 and I had an appointment and consultation by February. We discussed all of our issues, Most of them were on my end not my hubbies, and what my insurance covered and what it didnt. I did 3 rounds of treatment and 2 iui's and we fell pregnant, I was also able to get my blood work done at their office and my nurse BJ always contacted me the same day with the results. They also gave me the progesterone suppositories to help me carry. I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and its all thanks to Dr. Schillings and her wonderful staff! I cant thank them enough. Not to mention they made my husband and I extremely comfortable throughout this whole process. I would like to thank you all again! And we will definitely be back there when it is time for our second child!

Pros: Nurses and

Pros: Nurses and receptionists are very friendly. Morning monitoring is convenient if you need to get to work early. Timely return phone calls/emails from nurses. IVF procedures are done in Basking Ridge, NJ and their staff is INCREDIBLE. Wish I lived in NJ. Cons: Dr. Shillings will see you for consult and then you'll NEVER see her again. Additionally, if you get a negative pregnancy test after dropping thousands of dollars, you'll never hear from HER. YOU have to schedule a follow-up appointment with her that ends up being weeks later. She doesn't even call to express her concern. Furthermore, if you end up lucky enough to get a positive test (which thankfully we did after several treatments), you STILL won't hear from her...no congratulations, no phone call, no e-mail, nothing. Basically, she got her money...BYE! It's very insulting and hurtful. Thankfully her staff MORE than compensates for her lack of communication or ability to reach out to the patients that earn her a living.

Amazing quality of care

Having been to 3 different fertility doctors/practices, I feel like I have seen a large disparity when it comes to level of care. RMA of PA was so top notch in both their approach to my treatment (medical/research based) and the personal touch (same care team of nurse, doctor, PA, bloodwork, etc.) that it made a difficult process much more pleasant. There was a great deal of thought put into each step in my treatment along the way and we changed course as needed. It was not a cookie cutter approach which was likely the reason we left there with a positive pregnancy. The staff are kind and professional and I truly felt like they were rooting me on. I was also appreciative that my calls were always promptly returned and that they always had someone on call 7 days a week at all hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone (and actually already have 4 other friends who have used them)!
