Blastocyst culture was used during fresh cycle- 2 embryos survived from 27 “perfectly fertilized embryos”. Although I had a perfect level of progesterone- the result of pregnancy was negative since nothing was guaranteed in manmade process. Financial department hold my case to claim a money from insurance for frozen embryo transfer without considering that I was self-pay and paid already over $16.000.00 for IVF practice package 2, including a fee of frozen embryo transfer. I informed them about it, but another $4.500.00 required to pay again. Morover, financial department did not find a copy of my insurance card to claim out a biopsy fee, then they asked me to email it ( violation of HIIP).However, when I asked Dr Z to email a copy of my husband`s analysis he refused saying that I should pick it up during counseling. When me and my husband were come to a counseling, Dr Z told us that we are not allowed to use a bathroom of the other building-but Dr Z was not punctual enough to tell his financial department that they are not allowed to charge a patient twice. It was quite an experience.

Dr. Ziegler and staff are the best...they are so comforting, generous, sweet and make you feel at home in sometimes awkward situations. Dr. Ziegler made our dream come true and helped us build our family to perfection. I owe him and his right hand nurse, Fran a lot and want to thank them with all our heart and I'll continue keeping in touch with them...they are truly our saviors and I thank them so much
