Completely heartbroken

I came here with hopes of holding onto any hopes that I might be able to preserve any chance of future fertility (by freezing eggs) after receiving a cancer diagnosis and treatment plan that will leave me infertile. This location has made my already upsetting situation into a nightmare. I visited the clinic two weeks ago and still have absolutely no information on what my costs would be. I was completely mislead in my consult by the 'financial coordinator' who has given me no information that applies to my situation. She promised followup information and just stopped responding to my emails. I was told that cancer patients receive a discount, yet NO ONE (not even the billing department) can tell me what my costs will be. The doctor and nurse I worked with were aware of my concerns. I've even been told that the office manager was notified of my issue and I have not been contacted. I completed a survey from the office and requested that someone contact me. Now I am stuck in limbo trying to decide to just start over fresh with another reproductive facility and delay my cancer treatment even longer. I would never recommend anyone who is struggling with fertility to use this facility.

Do you do sex selection in patients that need an egg donor? Thanks
