Never received a call back. Apparently don't give a damn how emotional this journey is. They are heartless.

We went to see Dr. Pritts and her team after not feeling like the clinic we were going to were giving us their all. Something just didn't feel right. Within minutes of talking to Dr. Pritts my husband and I knew we were at the right place. In the world of fertility, Dr. Pritts is like a German shepherd when the rest of the doctors we had seen were like chihuahuas. She was ready to help us in any possible. She wanted and did everything she could to give us the answers we wanted/needed. She spent time with us to help us understand everything and make sure our questions were answered. We're ready for the aggressive approach that Dr. Pritts offers so that we can finally/hopefully get pregnant!

I never have been treated so

I never have been treated so poorly and unfairly. Was a client for 10 years. They use to be my inspiration.

Poor service

Poor service, ladies at the front desk don't seem to know what they're doing, and the drs don't really care about you. They told us they didn't think IUI or IVF would work and after multiple failed attempts at setting up an appointment with a urologist, we ended up going to a different clinic (and we are on track to do IVF). Don't waste your time with this place.

Poor Communication

Our initial plan was in need of change after test results and when I questioned the doctor I was told she was having a pissy day. Having a second consult seemed unheard of. The professionalism among the nursing staff is superb, even after being expected to do much of the physician's job.

Three beautiful children

Dr. Pritts did a wonderful job. After sitting down with her on our first visit and explaining our struggle to convince she pinpointed what my issue was (PCOS). I had tried clomid for months before going to Pritts. She prescribed me different/new medication for my PCOS that day. A few days later my cycle was back on track and I conceived our first child. During this process Dr.Pritts was accessible through the patient portal. She always replied and answered my questions big or small. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy 9 months after my first meeting with Dr. Pritts. When our son was 7 months old we decided it was time to try again. We called the office and they refilled my prescription and told me to come in on day 11 of my cycle for an ultrasound. It took two cycles to conceive this time but I gave birth to a healthy girl 18 months after my son. 6 months after that we wanted to try for our third child. I had another heathy baby girl 7 months ago. We are ready to start trying for four (and final) child. Once again I'll I had to do was call in for a refill on my prescriptions. Dr. Pritts and all of the staff at WFI have been nothing but supportive and professional with me. I have three beautiful healthy children because of WFI. Anytime I hear family, friends ext. taking about infertility struggles I always and will always recommend WFI and Dr. Pritts.

Not very professional

Place looks great, people are nice when you are there but not by phone. First I made an appt last summer that I waited for weeks to get into, then I was called at the last minute on a Sunday to cancel my Monday appt. They wanted to have me wait another few weeks to have an initial appt. I am 40 and have no time to waste. I asked to see a different doctor for the appt I had the next day. They had me see Dr. Olive bc Pritt could not be there for a valid reason? Anyways we came for tests / processes, dishing out about 1600 ( consult was 400) before meds, ultrasound and artificial inseminations which was another 150 + 250+700, so now we are up to 2700 for the first round. It did not take and I was told by nurses later that the 1st time rarely takes however what upset me the most is when I came in for my ultrasound, they told me the doctor would be there. Dr Pritt never came, instead a lady I never met came in with a trainee and allowed the trainee...who did not know what she was doing very well to poke around up inside of me to count how many possible eggs I had in each ovary. They were in there longer than needed and really irritated me. I did not pay to be a Guinea pig! The doctor should have been there, no excuses. After the first AI did not take, I called to get answers to questions I had. One person, a nurse not any doctor gave me vague answers as Dr. Pritt was not around. She had another person call me back and that person gave vague answers with a bad attitude which made me feel like my questions were stupid and unimportant but at no time could she give me concrete answers. I told both these women that I wanted Dr. Pritt to call me back when she came back in. Dr. Pritt never called me, ever! After spending $2700 , I felt as though it was a waste of our hard earned money and valuable time! I did not feel that our lives and our need / want to have a baby was truly important to these doctors. We were just another couple and just more money for them. If we were important, then the communication, urgency to help and commitment would have been there then I would not have had to write this review.

Only reason I gave this review a 1 star is because i had to rate it to even leave a review. My issue long story short, we were manipulated into believing that these Doctors were there for US. Believing that they have "gone thru something similar and that is why they feel so passionate about there clinic and what they do" This is a CROC of you know what!!! These doctors are playing god when they use these scientific methods to help us people unable to habe children and they do This every single day of there lives which naturally some people become emotionally blank for others in the unfortunate situation. That is the point I truly believe these Doctors are at. We were pushed to keep transferring our embryos with no breaks, no letting my body heal and recover from a failed transfer. Then when a women gets her false pregnancy test and Doctor calls to give the very upsetting news and you don't answer, they leave the message of bad news on your voicemail. HOW TACKY AND HEARTLESS. They push for a call back so they can get you set up for another transfer but first you have questions of Why? WHY did this not work? Do you have any ideas doctor since we only have a limited chance due to a limited amount of embryos that made it, but all the doctor says is nope we just have to keep going and not dwell on the what if's and why's. After asking doctor please can we run some tests and find out possibilities we're told no we have to just keep going it was probably genetics issue. Then we move on and it fails AGAIN, we get our tacky voicemail AGAIN and Doctor tells us the bad news. We call back and hear, well I think we should run some tests since you only have one embryo left! ... UMMMM IS THAT NOT WHAT I SUGGESTED AFTER THE FIRST FAILED TRANSFER? IS THAT NOT WHAT I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT SEEING AS WE HAD LIMITED EMBRYOS AND THIS IS OUR ONLY CHANCE FOR IVF???? These doctors don't care, there all about money and that is IT!!!!... DON'T GO TO THIS FACILITY. Doctors and nurses are so fake and the outcomes of the pregnancy rate is NOT EVEN close with this faciluty as they report. We were taken and left to dry. I understand people are probably thinking im just an angry women because I didn't have luck here but I have thought about this for over a year now to make sure i wasnt just over reacting until I came across other couples that have had the same experience with these same doctors and nurses at this same facility. I don't know how These doctors sleep at night, they have taken our one and only chance at having a child and put it in there pocket and sent us on our way with an extremely distasteful appology. Thank you Wisconsin fertility Institute for taking this opportunity out of my life. We get one chance at life and you have ruined a very important part of mine. I hope you feel great for what you have done..
