lack of individualized care

I will always regret selecting Suna Qasim as the reproductive endocrinologist whom we entrusted with the sole round of IVF that we can afford. His approach is not individualized, but more one-size-fits-all, which is wholly inappropriate to this field. My wife's egg retrieval produced a very unusual result. I would expect a doctor to have the basic intellectual curiosity and concern for patient care to investigate possible causes. Instead, this man's sole focus has been insisting that he made no mistakes in directing our care. Now, we are being pushed to pay for a FET with no sense of underlying problems that could affect implantation as well as egg development, and no trust in a doctor who seems only to care about his own paycheck. Additionally, the staff at this clinic displays an alarming lack of competence, insisting that we sign to acknowledge receiving paperwork of which we received an outdated version, for example, and providing us pricing information outdated by two and a half years (the embryologist had to clarify that). This is a factory, and you will not receive the customized care that you deserve.
