Dr. Dimattina who is the founder does the main procedures. He is a great businessman. He knows how to sell his ideas to you. He is all about natural cycle IVF which is sucking up your money, hope, and energy with very low chance of success. He doesn't discuss the procedure with you and you are blind folded all along. In my short experience at his center, I believe he doesn't care about the patient, he only cares about his business. He doesn't understand it's a very emotional process for the patients. In my experience, he missed an important blood test which resulted in losing my chance. All he said at the end: sorry, we will try again next cycle..... stay away from this center, you have to deal with a pregnancy factory and not a medical care and center; and in this factory, you are the last items in their list of cares.

Successful IVF

Thanks to Dr. DiMattina, I have a beautiful, healthy 6 months old baby girl with the most pleasant experience throughout the whole IVF process. I think that's says it all. Dr DiMattina and the whole staff at the Arlington office was incredibly nice and helpful. It is a long process, but all visits and appointment were quick, on time and I felt like I am surrounded with family members. I am 39 years old and planning to come back for a second cycle in the next two years.

High FSH Friendly

I can't believe one of the reviewers thinks Dr. DiMattina is quick to push DE. DF does more NCIVF cycles than any other clinic and there is no age or FSH cutoff so how could they only be concerned about stats?

Still hoping for a miracle

Hasn't happened for me yet but even though I'm over 40 Dr. Dimattina hasn't given up. He came in on his day off to do my first ER and I will forever remember that. I hope one day I can name my little one after him.

Patient Review

I am sure that Dr. DiMattina is a great doctor at performing IVF and egg donations, but he does not seem to be interested in helping women with high FSH levels have their own biological children. He was very quick to suggest egg donation or adoption. I know the odds are against me; but if I even have one egg, I want someone that will try to help me because it only takes one egg to get pregnant. Too many reproductive endocrinologists are concerned with their IVF success rates, and so they don't want to help women with low success rates. I am not giving up, and will look for someone that is willing to help me. At the end of the day, I want to be able to say I did everything I could to have a biological child. Dr. DiMattina cannot say that.

Great experience

Dr. DiMattina is wonderful. IVF is a very stressful process but his staff were wonderful and supportive. Dr. D was incredibly knowledgeable and I felt like I had great care with him. I'm so glad to have found Dr. DiMattina. I'm now expecting my first baby- thanks to him.

Words cannot express how happy we are

No doubt it's a tough process and expensive for those of us without good insurance, but totally worth the effort. Dr. DiMattina is very direct and does things his own way, but given the results I can't thank him enough.

Incredible long journey

We have been TTC for 7 years and had given up hope of ever having a child, but decided to give it one last try. At first I was unsure of our RE, but once our cycle started I felt confident that he was on top of things. We have been officially dismissed from DF and off to our OB having seen a healthy heartbeat. I won't really believe it's finally happened until I give birth but we are so grateful to Dr. DiMattina. Happy NY

Good Doctor

I hated everything about going to see an infertility doctor, it was invasive, embarrassing, time consuming, and expensive, but now that I have a beautiful baby it was all worthwhile.

Failed cycles but finally made it to 2nd trimester!

We went to Dominion after several IUI's and IVF's at another clinic. We were able to get pregnant but miscarried 6 times. RE at Dominion suggested IVF with PGD and we had 1 out of 11 embryos turn out to be healthy. I really wish we had gone straight to IVF/PGD, and saved ourselves all the grief of pregnancy loss.

Love Dr. Payson

We traveled from CA to see Dr. Payson because my donor lives in DC, everyone has been very helpful coordinating a complicated process.

Had my second OB sono today.

Long Journey

We live in Singapore and traveled back to the U.S to see Dr. DiMattina because we are a complicated case and couldn't find help here. He and his staff went to great lengths to help us. We have not been successful yet, but I'm hoping our FET this month will get us a BFP.

So Glad they gave me a chance when every other clinic told me DE was the only way.
