Experienced Call Center Executive

FertilityAuthority, LLC is looking for a Experienced Call Center Executive to join its team. This small, but rapidly growing company seeks an individual to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the Patient Care Advocates. Working under the supervision of the Vice President of Patient Care, this is an individual with managerial expertise who has responsibility and accountability for planning, organizing, and directing all activities within the department. Job Description

  • Field and assign all incoming calls and emails from patients to Patient Care Advocates
  • Orienting and assuring competency for all Patient Care Advocates
  • Negotiating/closing product sales
  • Updating the forecast and being responsible for maintaining monthly goals
  • Leading implementation and ongoing management of call center, including establishing best practices and manual
  • Building relationships with all of our doctor/clinic clientele
  • Liaising with reproductive health clinics to report marketing ROI as well as negotiate agreements
  • Regular review of CRM to perform initial and follow-up communications with leads, as well as sales analytics to inform sales strategy

Qualifications and Skills

  • Undergraduate degree (preferably in Marketing, Sales) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years experience managing customer service / call center groups
  • Experience with phone sales
  • Must possess extensive knowledge of women's reproductive health topics
  • Must possess solid sales / negotiation skills

The company is in the process of transforming its business model from pure advertising to pay-for-performance, which has led to the need to rebuild much of its core web presence, and created a need for a significant number of new products, print materials and web enhancements.

Job Description

  • Be a resource for reporters in Fertility, Tech, and Business
  • Through relationships, know the stories that reporters will be writing in the coming months and find fits for FertilityAuthority as a thought leader.

  • Maintain patient satisfaction by answering patient phone calls and scheduling patients' appointments
  • Pre-vetting and qualifying patients

Qualifications and Skills

Job Description
The General Manager serves as the primary point person with the media, handling all aspects of PR and events. The ideal candidate will create short- and long-term strategies that will improve brand sentiment and increase brand awareness. Specifically:

  • Initiate and develop all marketing and growth strategies for our EggBanxx product
  • Attend all events and serve as spokesperson for egg freezing and the EggBanxx product

East Coast Digital Advertising Sales Executive

Fertility Authority, LLC is looking for an experienced interactive advertising sales professional to build the company’s sales efforts across the East Coast and to exceed its sales goals. This small, but rapidly growing company seeks an individual that possesses the sales skills required to directly impact revenue required as well as someone who is entrepreneurially minded and has the willingness and ability to participate in other areas of the business including business planning and strategy, online marketing and analytics. The ideal candidate is a generalist, with strong sales skills, who embraces the variety that is endemic to a small company, and is not hindered by the occasional lack of structure that also often exists. The position is based in New York City and reports to the Director of Sales.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop key senior level ad agency and company relationships in order to effectively build and maintain territory ad sales revenue vs. budget. In addition to ad agencies, professional will be calling on fertility-related pharmaceutical companies and fertility doctors.
  • Establish professional relationships and a robust account pipeline by prioritizing and conducting a high volume of weekly account opens and sales calls to realize maximum revenue.
  • Assist with account management activities for the territory to drive account expansion and penetration, develop long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strategically approach prospects and determine needs, marketing initiatives/ objectives, business model, budget cycle and key decision-makers.
  • Develop effective sales proposals and ad sales solutions by utilizing a thorough understanding of appropriate ad available inventory.
  • Conduct high-level client sales meetings and presentations to aggressively and professionally move the sales process towards agreement in a timely manner.
